Frequently asked questions

Do I need a company to be a Client?

No. Anyone with an idea, problem or decision can start as a Client. A company or substantial capital is not required for this role.

Do I need a separate account for each role?

Register once. Your Client, Expert, Contributor and Facilitator profiles sit in one account with a shared identity and wallet. Each is activated separately.

Is a Contributor the same as a Facilitator?

No. Contributors bring questions and complementary perspectives. The Facilitator manages time, participation and the final synthesis.

Does submitting a problem create a charge or payment obligation?

An initial submission creates no financial commitment. Financial, cancellation and settlement terms must be finalised and clearly disclosed before paid services are enabled.
