About us

Bring more than one perspective to an important decision.

At Think Tank, the problem owner works with Experts and Contributors under a Facilitator's guidance. We clarify the question, examine the options and record the outcome in a report.

The problem we address

You may have plenty of information without knowing which parts to trust for your next decision. Or you may need experience your own team does not have.

Think Tank helps you examine the problem with relevant people and understand your options.

02

What do we provide?

We start by defining the problem. After selecting a team and holding the session, we document the discussion, decisions and next steps in a report you can follow up on.

Clarity

Define the problem and expected outcome before the session.

Team composition

Bring together complementary roles for a specific need.

Accountability

Keep a record of decisions, actions and report versions.

03

The principles behind our work

Every member should understand their responsibilities, who can access their information and how their work is reviewed. Scores and financial terms must also be clear and traceable.

Earned credibility

Credentials are a starting point. Actual contributions matter over time.

Transparent policies

Evaluation criteria and financial terms must be disclosed before they apply, with a record of changes.

Privacy and access

Case information is available only to authorised roles and members.

04

Learn from experience while protecting confidentiality

Reports and collaboration records are kept in a private archive with restricted access. Learning from a session does not grant permission to publish its confidential information.

05

What is available today?

This is a pilot release. You can submit a problem, review a team, manage invitations and scheduling, use the session workspace, and access reports and notifications. Real payments and official rank effects remain disabled until the relevant policies and infrastructure are ready.

Next step

Start with the path that fits your work.

Create one account and complete the profile that fits your work. A new role does not need another account.
