1. Create your account
Enter accurate contact details and complete account verification. Selecting the Expert path during registration does not itself confirm your qualifications.
2. Complete four profiles in one account
Register once. All four profiles share your identity and wallet. Use the dashboard selector to open each role's workspace. Your role remains specific to each invitation and session.
Client
Add an introduction and an initial idea or question to activate your profile. Each session request is submitted and reviewed separately.
Expert
Add your expertise, practical experience and credentials. The team reviews the evidence before activating your profile. Qualification in each subject area is handled separately.
Contributor
Explain your motivation and select at least two interests to activate your profile. Professional expertise is not required to start this path.
Facilitator
Provide your facilitation experience and relevant credentials. Activation requires a review of those credentials and a recorded capability assessment or interview result.
3. Review the proposal or invitation
After clarifying the problem and completing an initial interview, the Client reviews a session proposal. Participants see the topic, role, schedule and response deadline, and can accept or decline. An invitation does not reserve the time; check Sessions for the final schedule.
4. Keep track of schedules, messages and notifications
Sessions shows the time and access instructions for sessions you are authorised to join. Each session has a private discussion for authorised members; it becomes read-only when the session ends. Record unavailable times and read your account notifications. Email depends on service availability and notification settings, so check your account too.
5. Arrive prepared and understand your role
Read the problem brief and agenda, protect confidentiality and keep your contributions relevant. The Facilitator guides discussion and timing, Experts provide specialist analysis, and Contributors bring questions and complementary perspectives.
6. Review the outcome and your development path
Authorised members can access the final report and action plan after publication. View your history and published evaluations under Reputation and qualifications. Moving from Contributor to Expert requires review. Payment and official progression depend on approved policies.
