One account, the right role for each session
You do not need expertise in every topic. The same person who provides specialist analysis in one field can contribute fresh questions in another. Your workspace keeps profiles, interests and invitations together. Check the precise role in each invitation.
Why an outside perspective can help
After working in a field for years, some assumptions can start to feel obvious. Someone approaching the problem from another angle may question those assumptions or draw attention to an overlooked option.
Fresh questions that stay relevant
Before asking, consider how the answer would help examine the problem. For example:
- Which assumption have we accepted without evidence?
- What would we do without this constraint?
- Who will this decision affect who is not in the room?
- Where could two apparently opposing perspectives complement each other?
The Contributor's boundaries
Contributors do not run the session or manage its timing, and do not replace specialist analysis. They listen, ask relevant questions and compare perspectives under the Facilitator's guidance.
